Hello Sebastian, I've find new information about this problem.
The /home/wife and /home/daugther and all folders and files have the ower changed, so, my wife is owner of /home/daugther and viceversa. I only did "sudo adduser wife" and "sudo adduser daughter", what happened? And now from Nautilus, I try to change the owner, but is not possible to change all files and folders at the same time, do you know?
