Hi Alicia, still didn't work! Sorry, my description is too unclear.

Just look below this comment and you'll see a green plus sign in a
circle and "Add attachment or patch". You'll go to a page with an area
for a comment, and below that, an area for "Attachment". Just click the
"Browse..." button there, and a file browser dialog will show.

In the dialog, navigate to the file "/var/log/syslog" (you can just type
that string into the "Location" field. Then click "Open". The dialog
will disappear, and then you can just click the "Post Comment" button at
the bottom of the page. That should do it!
