When browsing http://svnbook.red-bean.com/ I am not 100% sure whether it is only for *storing* authentication details or also for using them... And... whether the flag is applicable on the GNOME keyring as well, is also unclear in the SVN book, it is saying that ~/.subversion/auth is being disabled and does not say whether other authentication methods are disabled as well...
If you still experience this issue (it has been a while ago), I suggest to contact the SVN developers to get (clear) answers. And if this indeed is erroneous behavior, I suppose an upstream report should be filed... ** Changed in: subversion (Ubuntu) Status: New => Incomplete -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/466080 Title: The --no-auth-cache flag doesn't work To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/subversion/+bug/466080/+subscriptions -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
