Due to this bug, and also to 3-year old bugs in USB stack that prevented almost any USB device from running correctly, I had to switch to Windows 7, as those bugs rendered my system practically unusable. Issues with AMD video card/chipset also didn't help.
As soon as I hear AMD starts really supporting its products, and kernel's USB stack stops losing its marbles, I'll be more than happy to test Ubuntu one more time.
