Public bug reported:

When the Launcher is not hiding and the window is fulscreen in 12.04, I
experience theese problems:
1. The "Close", "Minimize" and "Fullscreen" buttons are shifted to the left
from the window;
2. It looks like some strange interference when some part of the screen is
moved to the right;
3. The window seems kicked-up by Launcher;
4. User must understand: are the "Close", "Minimize" and "Fullscreen" buttons
refer to the maximized window or to the Launcher;
5. The Launcher is steeling userspace what is contrary to the Unity concept.
