I installed the latest 295.49 drivers and I now have no gui at all. I can only use command line on any tty[1-6] apart from tty7. When I switch to tty7 I see some login reports (e.g. "mountall: Disconnected from Plymouth [ OK ]"). I can make no commands in this tty - there's no keyboard response. I have to switch to another tty to interact with my laptop.
