It's not a real bug Note that if you're upgrading from 10.04 LTS, do-release-upgrade will complain "No new release found" until 12.04.1 is released. To force an upgrade, use the -d option (here: https://help.ubuntu.com/community/PreciseUpgrades#Network_Upgrade_for_Ubuntu_Servers_.28Recommended.29 )
On desktop Ubuntu 10.04.4 LTS too: with update-manager set on LTS only , 12.04 is not proposed as with do-release-upgrade Switching to normal version propose the 10.10 ** Changed in: update-manager (Ubuntu) Status: Confirmed => Invalid -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/992620 Title: on lucid with update-manager set on Prompt=lts, do-release-upgrade -p don't found any release To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/update-manager/+bug/992620/+subscriptions -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
