I've made an ivestigation. The attached patch for '/etc/fonts' seems to
fix the problem .

BUT I haven't tested the korean localization with it.

** Patch added: "This patch fixes bad cyrillic 'sans-serif' and 'serif' BUT is 
not tested with korean localization"
