Confirmed with Ubuntu 12.04 64bit and Intel Centrino Wireless-N 130. Little hope this bug is going to be fixed...too much time without no interest.
Do you know if the issue occurs also in Fedora 16 64bit? Or in the other distributions with the most updated kernels?
