I have noticed that the behaviour may vary a bit depending upon the way the monitors are setup relative to each other, screen sizes, the height of the moon in the horizon, whether I swung a dead chicken over my head last night/this morning, etc. The short of the long is that I am not experiencing my above described behaviour now, but it comes and goes depending on my setup.
