Clean install via https://launchpad.net/~bderzhavets/+archive/lib-usbredir73 should not have any KVM-SPICE. It installs QEMU_KVM 1.0 + USBREDIR ready to work with SPICE 0.10.1 on clean Ubuntu Precise 64-bit.
