Thank you very much. Sadly it turned out that most of the sequence numbers are totally wrong. It's a wonder that still everything worked flawlessly except this unmounting...
I searched for a way to set all sequence numbers to their distribution default, but I failed to find such a way. I now have a file list from another correct precise installation and I'm fixing all the links manually using update-rc.d just as you described.
