  Ubuntu 12.04, kernel 3.2.0-24-generic
  
- Shortly after booting and entering X, the systems restarts. The problem
- is gone when noacpi/acpi=off options are used when booting. Furthermore,
- I have created a custom kernel with CPU freq stuff ticked off and it
- works fine with ACPI turned on.
