Yes it is a Wubi system, so I can run mythtv on my laptop (which needs windows for work).
I ran apt-get -f install, and it said it didn't have anything to do. It is very possible that MySQL wasn't running. This system is just used for a frontend, and I think I may have set the mysql service to not start, so there would be no database to connect to other than the master backend. Mostly, this error doesn't seem to affect me, since I just point the mythfrontend to the other server. I just submitted in case it would help see how the package installation might fail. If you would like me to run more troubleshooting, I'll be glad to help. Otherwise, we can close the bug. I suspect it is just due to my tinkering in the system. Thanks!
