Oh no ... I just ran into this again! After a fresh install, so it's not
an upgrade-related issue. I was watching the Flash video in Chrome on
this page: http://googleblog.blogspot.com/2012/05/introducing-knowledge-
graph-things-not.html and the x-server just b0rked and I was kicked back
to the log in screen.

I found these relevant lines in my syslog:
