I'm getting upset because you are focusing all of your energy on blaming
my equipment and ignoring the real problem! You're not even
troubleshooting anything, you're just guessing!

So answer me this. Why does it boot fine using 10.10 and fails on 12.04?
Don't you think that MAYBE that might be a clue!? Possibly?? Maybe?? *waves
red flag in air*

The downloaded iso is fine.
ubuntu-12.04-server-i386.iso is: 32184a83c8b5e6031e1264e5c499bc03
My downloaded copy is: 32184a83c8b5e6031e1264e5c499bc03
Perfect match.

Check disk was performed with option /R which scans the entire drive:
"chkdsk h: /r"

1. The USB drives are not damaged.
2. The iso is not damaged.

2 Different drives, 2 different installers, 2 different computers, 100%
failure!

My instinct tells me the installer is trying to load a driver that is
not present in the iso. That's the error we are seeing. Is there any
kind of logging that can be turned on to see why it is failing?
