Public bug reported:

This happens  Chrome 19 and Firefox 12.

To reproduce:
1.Start Chrome or Firefox.
2.Start a flash video on Youtube.
3.Right click on the video.
4.Click the "Settings .."
5.Now try to select something in the Settings menu.

What will happen:
Can not select anything in the Setings menu and can not be closed.
