Zeitkunst, I have a problem with the router of my son's therapist, it uses WEP not PAP. But I managed to solve it by using wicd instead of the network- manager to control the network.
Try sudo apt-get install wicd It will install some packages (you don't need to uninstall network- manager). After that disconnect from wirelless network in network- manager, and call wicd. Try to connect with it to you desired network. You'll have to give it the password using the "properties" button. You may give it a try. -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/836250 Title: [Oneiric] [Regression] Intel Corporation Centrino Ultimate-N 6300 poor networking, packet loss and very slow Lenovo X201 and T500 laptops To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/linux/+bug/836250/+subscriptions -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
