Chauncellor, you're right. Two thirds of the "Desired Solution" (the Ask
Ubuntu link, and the branding) has nothing to do with this bug, and the
other third is unlikely to solve the problem. We can and should test
this, but it would be surprising if the first thought of people needing
help was "I know, let's click on the pinwheel in the top right".

I'll discuss this with other designers and come up with a real solution.
