For example, the attached graph: Without the recent load averages calculation 
changes, every data point in the graph would be at a reported load average of 
0.0.
The ilde enter/exit frequency for the graph was 180 hertz, so as to be 
divisible always by the number of processes, yet remain not near any known 
alias frequency or to go below 25 hertz, where things begin to change.
