If this is still an issue for you, please include the full error message
that you see on boot.  The fstab line you showed is:

/dev/scd0 /media/cdrom0 iso9660 user,noauto,unhide,exec,utf8 0 0

Since this is marked 'noauto', it's unlikely that there's a mountall
problem here - mountall never tries to mount devices marked 'noauto'.
