  Explanation of FeatureFreeze exception:
  Facebook support would be nice, and Debian & Fedora at least already enable 
it. There's some concern over what happens if Facebook changes the 
authentication methods 3 times in the next 5 years though. We already support 
Google & Windows Live, but the Facebook support was enabled late in GNOME 3.4's
