Please sync inspircd 2.0.5-1 (universe) from Debian unstable (main)

Explanation of the Ubuntu delta and why it can be dropped:
  * SECURITY UPDATE: remote code execution (LP: #982509)
   - debian/patches/06_CVE-2012-1836.dpatch:
     Fix buffer overflow in dns.cpp, thanks to Jonathan Wiltshire
   - CVE-2012-1836
  * Fix link order to list libraries after the objects that require them
    (LP: #770747).

FTBFS has been fixed in the new debian Package.
Package build fine.

The upstream version (2.0.5) has also fixed the CVE issue.
This can be dropped.
