** Description changed:

  I'm using Ubuntu 11.10 dev with Plymouth 0.8.2-2ubuntu26. On a system boot I 
get the message "mountall: Plymouth command failed" and "mountall: Could not 
connect to Plymouth". I have seen this message after I tested this bug:
