Public bug reported: Steps to reproduce:
1. Start eclipse and create a new workspace 2. Create a new Java project. 3. Add log4j as a dependency (I used the m2e plugin to do this, and this bug may be actually in or related to m2e, I'm not sure) 4. Create a new Java class 5. Mention org.apache.log4j.Logger in the code, and put the caret there. 6. Open the Javadoc view in Eclipse 7. Click the button in the Javadoc view that opens the Javadoc in a browser (it uses the internal Eclipse browser by default, but other browsers don't work either).
