Public bug reported:
This problem occurs to my computer and other's for a long time at
different ubuntu version. The firefox browser can't open the webpage of
PDF of arXiv and failed to download it, rather, chrome can do it
succeseefully. I searched the info. to settle but nothing is helpful.
