Went away by itself either after reboot. I managed to access my computer
through a WD internet tv box thinkg (via windows workgroup).

~$ sudo apt-get -f install samba-common
Reading package lists... Done
Building dependency tree       
Reading state information... Done
samba-common is already the newest version.
