Public bug reported:
Consider the following program that opens 5 small windows:
#!/usr/bin/python
import cv2
import numpy as np
for i in range(5):
cv2.imshow(str(i),
np.random.random_integers(0,255,(64,128,3)).astype(np.uint8))
cv2.waitKey(-1)
(needs python-opencv and python-numpy)
When I run it, all 5 windows appear exactly on top of each other. My
desktop is stretched over two monitors. Left monitor has nothing on it,
right one has emacs not maximized, the 5 windows pop up on top left of
the left screen.
I expect that the windows would appear in a way that they do not
overlap, since there is plenty of space on both screens for that.
