Oh, you should have a very old distrib because we still support GTK2 (v2.2x I 
think) :)

If it's about the ASPM problem, it has been fixed ;) => but there is a 
workaround for linux version 2.6.38 -> 3.2: simply by adding this option when 
booting the kernel: pcie_aspm=force
