With 12.04, 201105-8049 hangs even if I do suspend in a text console after unloading ethernet/wifi/bluetooth drivers. LCD backlight is still on and does not respond to any SysRq magic.
According to the record, it is certified with 11.10. So I installed 11.10 on it, but it still fails to suspend... Tested with a fresh installed 11.10 and an updated 11.10, both have same result as 12.04, LCD remains on and hangs.
