II am still having the same issues: However, I no longer received this error message after I upgraded my PC to a dedicated V-card, 1T hard drive, and much better processor. [i7] ' drm:intel_dsm_platform_mux_info] *ERROR* MUX INFO call failed. ‘I even partitioned my hard drive, and that did not work. Again, it worked on my Dell Desk-top pc, but not sure if these guys have been aware of these lap-top issues. It can work in the virtual box, but not on the PC itself through hard drive installation or Wubi ...Now it downloaded ok, but just go to the blank black screen, and the PC fan began to run real hard.
