I've no sound with a RME Digi96/8 PAD PCI sound card, which worked perfectly
before changing motherboard (now I've a Socket 1155 Intel B75 Express chipset).
The card is recognized, but the snd module don't load properly.
Here the /var/log/messages :

It's the same with Ubuntu 12.04 (live cd), same error (but RME Digi96 is
replaced by snd-rme96 on log under /var/log/syslog).
What is error -12 ?
