@Sergey, @Andrew: Hmm, yes, it appears that the already existing account link is not appearing for you. I will try to trakc this issue.
Regarding the "multiple" sign-ins that Andrew mentioned, it's actually just a single sign-on for all of the Software Center services. It's just that until you've signed on to one of them, the dialog will appear in the various places depending on what you try to do first. Once you have signed in, though, then the dialog will no longer appear and all services will be available to you.
