Public bug reported: I have a user account that is different from my sudo and root account.
When there are updates available I geta message saying that something crashed and it will not let me report it from there. if I manually run the update manger from the user account it also crashes with a message I was unable to copy to my sudo account. but involves something about not being able to get the binarys.
