Hello! My mobile internet modem failed. When I try to reinstall new wireless connection in control/prepare center (system parameters) it outputs that my system network support do not matched to my version of system (may be kernel?).
More over when I write in terminal mode the command "nm-tool" to watch my State, it outputs: ** (process:4027): WARNING **: Could not initialize NMClient /org/freedesktop/NetworkManager: The name org.freedesktop.NetworkManager was not provided by any .service files NetworkManager Tool State: unknown ** (process:4027): WARNING **: error: could not connect to NetworkManager ==Best regards More. When I installed new 12.04 system in new partition and do the same work with my wireless mobile modem It was all OK. The differense of the 2 12.04 systems on my notebook SSD disk is that in first (wrong) case it is 64 bit system, and in second it is 32 bit system. I have Intel Core 2 Duo CPU T7700 2.40GHz x 2 and HP-Compaq-6910p notebook. My file system is ext4 in both cases. -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/804943 Title: blcr kernel module failed to build with kernel 3.0 : configure: error: --with-linux argument '3.0-x' is neither a kernel version string nor a full path To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/blcr/+bug/804943/+subscriptions -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
