Please sync qrencode 3.3.0-2 (main) from Debian unstable (main)
Explanation of the Ubuntu delta and why it can be dropped:
* Build and run the test suite.
* Add a symbols file.
Both changes have been merged into the Debian package.

- '\0' is supported (Closes: #604882).
