I know that for some other SSL related checks (wireless and wired
authentication), Network Manager greys out the Save button when it can't
load/parse the SSL certificates, so make sure that they are stored
somewhere where Network Manager can access them and that they are using
a supported SSL cypher and encoding (as of OpenSSL 1.x)
