The problem is there is *no* warning. I think I'll comment out/remove
those 2 lines anyways, because they just bring confusion to the user.

BTW, are you using Unity? Because Unity doesn't always behave in a very
'standard' way and there has been issues in Tickr expected behaviour.
Fortunately, most of these issues have just disappeared with newer
versions of Unity.

But I will have a closer look at the code and let you know.
Also feel free to bring suggestions if you wish to, they are welcome  :)
