I think this is because I setup a folder-encryption with ecryptfs. However it's not a regular full home-folder encryption because I think that's too much. Instead I only have a "Private"-folder in my home-folder that contains the private data. This also leads to the creation of /home/.ecrpytfs and /home/myuser/.ecryptfs and I think that the setup checks for that.
