The same is needed for the Jabra / GN Netcom DECT Phone + USB Sound Headset series:
Add "GN 9350" 999 to /usr/share/alsa/cards/USB-Audio.conf to the "USB-Audio.pcm.iec958_device { ... }" section and reboot. I had wired mouse behaviour.
