Hi, This bug affects me too with Remmina 0.9.99.1. Never an issue in 11.10 but persistent (well, intermittent but frequent) problem since upgrading to 12.04 (64 bit). I recently tried a clean install of 12.04 to see if that would help but it did not. I have also tried it in Lubuntu and Gnome Shell and problem seems to recur there.
I find that the connection most often drops if I switch to any other desktop or minimise from full screen, but the problem behaviour seems inconsistent. I have only one monitor. This is a major hassle for me, as I use RDP at work, and now find myself having to log back in to sessions 20-30 times a day. Disappointing to have this break in a Long Term release.
