This bug isn't fixed in Thunderbird 13 stable release from ppa:ubuntu-mozilla-security/ppa - language packs (thunderbird-locale-xx) still doesn't work and doesn't appear in the addons menu :( Micah Gersten are you planing to fix this important regression ?
