The current workaround (comment #30) : sudo mv /usr/lib/gnome-settings-daemon-3.0/keyboard.gnome-settings-plugin /usr/lib/gnome-settings-daemon-3.0/keyboard.gnome-settings-plugin.ori sudo pkill -9 gnome-settings-daemon
