Im also suffering with the same problems, it is also stopping me do alot of things as I cannot pick an options from a question menu-ie. save or open with, as it flicks between the two constantly.Also, if I try to close my computer down, it flicks between all the menus at the top of the desk top so I cannot shut it down!
