I'm very sorry for late message, i think i became really slowpoke for the last 
time. I should have post this here many time ago.
I revisited Ubuntu and WinXP wlan configurations and found that wireless in 
ubuntu is depending on WinXP Wireless Zero Configuration set up.
I mean WinXP-Control Panel-Administrative tools-Services-Wireless Configuration 
somehow influences Network Management in Ubuntu. (not turning on/off the 
wireless device as i done before)
