Here is my original comment from one of the duplicates: Hi everyone! I have the same problem here (I experienced it everytime I installed a Humble Indie Bundle V game via the Ubuntu Software Center). It's right that it happens only after the paying process. I noticed I can hide the launcher again by holding the super key down (but I also noticed another problem: the shortcut help doesn't appear when I press and hold the super key).
