Public bug reported: Jenkins triggered a rebuild even though the repository had not changed:
Build #22 (11-Jun-2012 10:42:22) add description No changes. Started by an SCM change As you can see, Jenkins is contradicting itself. If there were no changes, how could the build have been started by an SCM change? I happen to know that the SCM was not changed, anyway.
