Public bug reported:
On Ubuntu 12.04, when I installed libcups2-dev, I've found the file
"/usr/include/cups/i18n.h/language-private.h".
This file exists for backward compatibility, but it should be placed on
"/usr/include/cups/i18n.h".
"i18n.h" is file name, not directory name.
