First, I'd strongly suggest not using an eCryptfs mount simply for
password management. Use pasaffe, keepassx, or one of the other
dedicated password managers. eCryptfs just introduces too much
complexity to do something so simple. If you already use encrypted home
but want to protect against runtime attacks on your password file, use a
password manager and store the password database inside your encrypted
home mount.
To address the bug report, I'm going to need a bit more information. I'm
having trouble understanding the problem that you're reporting. Can you
elaborate a bit more, please?
