erm. my bad. I missed what was probably the actual error in a console filled w/ error spew from dependencies and such.
ERROR: Config file reqtimeout.conf not properly enabled: /etc/apache2 /mods-enabled/reqtimeout.conf is a real file, not touching it I can probably fix that. Anyway. I guess unrelated.
